streamWrapper::mkdir — Create a directory
$path, int $mode, int $options): boolThis method is called in response to mkdir().

In order for the appropriate error message to be returned this method should not be defined if the wrapper does not support creating directories.
pathDirectory which should be created.
modeThe value passed to mkdir().
options
A bitwise mask of values, such as STREAM_MKDIR_RECURSIVE.
成功時(shí)返回 true， 或者在失敗時(shí)返回 false。

注意:
當合法的上下文傳遞給調用函數時(shí)，屬性 streamWrapper::$context 會(huì )被改變。
